Privacy

The short version

I collect only what you type into a form on this site, and I use it only to reply to you or to do the work you asked for. I don’t sell it, share it for ads, or add you to a mailing list. This site sets no cookies.

Who runs this site

Open Lot Digital is run by Ryan Craig. You can reach me at (262) 352-9002 (call or text) or ryan@openlotdigital.com.

What I collect

If you fill out the contact form, the checkup form or the Send an update form, I get what you type: things like your name, your business name, your website, your phone number or email, and the changes you want.

If you call, text or email me, I have what you send, like anyone you contact.

Who helps run this site

• Cloudflare hosts the site. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare handles technical details like your IP address.
• Zoho hosts my email.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits to each page. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you to other websites.
• Stripe handles payments. When you pay, you’re on Stripe’s own page, and your card or bank details go straight to Stripe. They never touch this site or my email. Stripe’s privacy policy covers that part.
• Stripe shares with me what I need for billing: your name, email, billing address, what you paid and when, and the type and last 4 digits of your card or bank account. Never the full number.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages in my email so I can follow up. Ask me any time and I’ll delete them. If you’re a client, I keep invoices and payment records as long as tax rules require.

Your choices

You can ask what I have about you, ask me to fix it, or ask me to delete it. Call or text (262) 352-9002, or email ryan@openlotdigital.com.

Do Not Track

I don’t track you across other websites, so there’s nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. The site works the same either way.

The sample sites

The sample sites under Examples are made-up businesses. Their forms are turned off and send nothing.

Kids

This site is for business owners. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
