Why Open Lot?
A business with no real website has an open lot online. Someone looks you up and finds an empty spot, or an old page with last year’s hours. That lot is where I build.
The other half is the line under my name: websites from someone you can meet face to face. In person or on FaceTime, you’ll know exactly who’s building your site.

That’s why my first three clients pay nothing to build and $49 a month, and only after they’ve seen their site and said yes.
How I work
- I build first. Founding clients see their real site on their own phone before they pay anything.
- We can meet face to face, in person or on FaceTime. After that, most changes are just a text.
- Call or text me anytime. You get me, not a call center. My number is (262) 352-9002.
- I check every page, every link and every phone number before anything goes live.
- Your domain and your Google listing stay in your name. I never ask for your passwords.
- I use modern tools, AI included, to do the heavy lifting faster. That’s how I can build first and keep prices low. The decisions and the double-checking are mine.
Where I work
Serving Mukwonago and nearby towns in Waukesha and Walworth counties. We can start face to face, in person or on FaceTime. After that, most of the work happens by phone, text and email, so it fits around your hours.
