The Local and Contractors prices start after my first three clients and apply to new clients only. If you’re a founding client, your $49 stays put for your 12 months.

2 Google posts a month, plus drafted replies to your reviews for you to approve. For founding and Local plans. The Contractors plan already includes 2 Google posts a month.

Founding clients: nothing up front. Your first $49 is due the day your site goes live, then once a month.
After my first three: half the build price to start, half when your site goes live. Then your monthly plan.
I send invoices by email. You can pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card.
Leaving: founding clients have a 6-month minimum after launch, then month to month. Everyone else is month to month from the start. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. Your domain and files go with you.
My founding clients get a free build and a lower monthly price than later clients. In return, I ask for an honest testimonial in their own words. It doesn’t have to be glowing. It just has to be true.
When I show one on this site, it carries this label, so everyone knows: “Founding client: got a free build and a lower monthly rate. I asked for an honest testimonial in return.” A Google, Yelp or Facebook review is never part of the deal, and I never trade anything for one.
