Websites for local businesses
I build it first. You pay only if you like it.
Founding offer: open to my first three clients.
When someone looks up your business and finds nothing, or an old page with the wrong hours, that’s an open lot. I’m Ryan. I’m local, and I build websites for restaurants, groomers, salons, lawn and snow crews and contractors around Mukwonago.

My first three clients
Usually you pay a deposit and sign a contract before you see anything.
I do it the other way around.
I build your real site, with your menu or services, your hours, your photos and your phone number. You look it over on your own phone. If you like it, we launch it and your monthly plan starts. If you don’t, you owe nothing.
That’s the deal for my first three clients. After that, the build has a price.

Sample design – not a real businessFace to face
Open Lot Digital is one person: me, Ryan Craig.
On the phone, on FaceTime or in person. Tell me what customers ask you most, and send your menu or service list, your hours and any photos you like.
Not a sketch. Your actual site, working on a phone. I aim to have it ready for you to see about a week after I have your info.
Like it? We go live on your own web address. Want changes? I make them. Not for you? Founding clients owe nothing.
For founding clients it’s $49 a month, everything included (hosting, your domain and updates). Here’s what that covers:

These are two made-up businesses I built so you can see what you’d get. Open one on your phone and try the menu, the hours and the buttons.

I’m local, and Open Lot Digital is my new business. I’ll be straight with you: I’m just getting started, so I don’t have a stack of reviews yet.
Why the name? A business with no real website has an open lot online… people look you up and find an empty spot. I build on that lot. I do the work myself, with modern tools that let me move fast, and I check every page, link and phone number before it goes live.
Founding client offer
$0 to build. Then $49 a month.
An honest testimonial in your own words. Say whatever you really think. Wherever I show it, it carries this label: “Founding client: got a free build and a lower monthly rate. I asked for an honest testimonial in return.” I’ll never make a Google, Yelp or Facebook review part of the deal.
And your OK to show your site as an example of my work.
After my first three, it’ll be $499 to build plus $79 a month for most local businesses, and $999 plus $129 a month for contractors.
No catch. I’m new, and I need real sites to show people. So my first three clients get their site built for free and pay $49 a month only after they’ve seen it and said yes.
In return, I ask for an honest testimonial in your own words and your OK to show your site as an example of my work. The only commitment is a 6-month minimum, and it starts the day your site goes live.
A founding spot goes to each of the first three businesses that say yes and go live. Before I start your build, I’ll tell you in writing whether you’re in one.
Yes. Your domain (your web address) is registered in your name. Your site is plain files, not locked inside a website builder. If you ever leave, the files and the domain go with you.
Founding clients have a 6-month minimum after launch, then it’s month to month. Everyone after my first three is month to month from the start. Either way, you give me 30 days’ notice. Your plan ends on the last day of the billing month in which your 30 days’ notice runs out. That month’s payment is your last one.
Founding clients: if you give notice during the 6-month minimum, your plan ends at the end of month 6 or when your 30 days’ notice runs out, whichever is later.
When you leave, your domain stays in your name and I hand over your site files. Nothing is held back.
