Questions owners ask
Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, call or text me at (262) 352-9002.
What’s the catch?
No catch. I’m new, and I need real sites to show people. So my first three clients get their site built for free and pay $49 a month only after they’ve seen it and said yes.
In return, I ask for an honest testimonial in your own words and your OK to show your site as an example of my work. The only commitment is a 6-month minimum, and it starts the day your site goes live.
A founding spot goes to each of the first three businesses that say yes and go live. Before I start your build, I’ll tell you in writing whether you’re in one.
Do I own my site and my domain?
Yes. Your domain (your web address) is registered in your name. Your site is plain files, not locked inside a website builder. If you ever leave, the files and the domain go with you.
What if I already have a website?
That’s fine. You keep your web address, and I point it at your new site. If your current site is working and you’re happy with it, I’ll tell you that too.
Not sure? Start with the free website checkup and I’ll send you 3 plain fixes either way.
Can you work with my online ordering, booking or reservation system?
Yes. If you already use one, I add clear buttons that take customers straight to it from every page. Your ordering or booking company stays the same, and so do your orders.
Setting up a brand-new ordering or booking system isn’t part of the monthly plan, but I’m happy to help you figure out what fits.
How fast can you build it?
I aim for about a week from when I have your info to when you see your finished site. Once you say yes, going live takes a day or two. Moving a web address from another company can add a few days.
What do I need to give you?
Your menu or list of services, your hours, the towns you serve, and any photos you like. Phone photos are fine. If you have a logo, send it. If you don’t, your name in a clean font looks great.
That’s it. A 15-minute talk covers the rest, on the phone, on FaceTime or in person.
What if I want to leave?
Founding clients have a 6-month minimum after launch, then it’s month to month. Everyone after my first three is month to month from the start. Either way, you give me 30 days’ notice. Your plan ends on the last day of the billing month in which your 30 days’ notice runs out. That month’s payment is your last one.
Founding clients: if you give notice during the 6-month minimum, your plan ends at the end of month 6 or when your 30 days’ notice runs out, whichever is later.
When you leave, your domain stays in your name and I hand over your site files. Nothing is held back.
Do you do Google listings?
Yes. As part of the monthly plan, I keep your website’s hours matching your Google listing. With the $29-a-month Google add-on (founding and Local plans), I also write 2 Google posts a month and draft replies to your reviews for you to approve. The Contractors plan already includes 2 Google posts a month.
Your Google listing always stays in your name. You add me as a manager, so I never need your password.
Is this a scam? Who are you?
Fair question. I’m Ryan Craig. I’m local, serving Mukwonago and nearby towns in Waukesha and Walworth counties. You can meet me face to face, in person or on FaceTime, before you decide anything.
Call or text me anytime at (262) 352-9002. You get me, not a call center. Founding clients pay nothing until they’ve seen their finished site and said yes. I never ask for your passwords. Your domain and your Google listing stay in your name.
How can you do it for this price?
I use modern tools, AI included, to do the heavy lifting faster. That’s how I can build first and keep prices low. I still check every page, every link and every phone number before anything goes live, and you always deal with me.
